While I am very passionate about Public Relations, my academic background is in English, more specifically composition and rhetoric. I have sharpened my skills in communication, writing, and editing which enhances my qualifications to work in the publishing industry in any capacity.
Currently, I am volunteering as a translator for CSULB's EÑYE Magazine. I work to share relevant and timely lifestyle stories to the English as well as the Spanish-speaking community in the Long Beach and greater Los Angeles area. With my innate curiosity and attention to detail, I bring a unique perspective to any type of project, especially those pertaining to my personal interests of the arts and entertainment industry.
My educational background has equipped me with professional and technical writing as well as journalistic reporting to compose, analyze, and share content as means of effective communication. I am passionate about writing content that is comprehensible, informative, and impactful for both the English and Spanish language especially for publications like magazines and press releases.
